Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@mytrunkstand.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

We will not refund the product if it doesn't "stick" to your carpet. 

You need to verify that Velcro will stick to your carpet before purchasing.

If we could design every car carpet, you can bet that we'd make sure they all stick to MyTrunkStand!!   (90 Percent of carpets stick to MyTrunkStand)

MyTruckStand is a great gift.  If it doesn't stick, (darn) our suggestion is to repackage and give it to someone you love.  Also, if you have a liner in the trunk, most of the time they will stick to the actual floorboard beneath them.  They also will normally stick to the front floorboard as well.

Next time you buy a car, make sure the carpet sticks to Velcro..  A piece is usually easily found by using a hat (cap) that has adjustable size.  Most of us have them in the house and can test them to your carpet.  If there isn't any test Velcro available, email us, we'll send you a test piece to check the carpet when shopping for a new car😎😎


Lost or Stolen Packages
MyTrunkStand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MyTrunkStand will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@mytrunkstand.com
